Shipping Policy

We want your Sileeez order to reach you quickly and reliably, wherever you're ordering from. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Order processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods (sales, restocks, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — if that happens, we'll let you know by email.

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out, and a separate dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping costs and free shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £30 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
  • Orders under £30 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
  • All shipping costs are shown and confirmed before you complete payment — no surprises at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and local courier conditions. Every order includes tracking, so you can follow its progress from dispatch to your door.

4. EU customers: no surprise import charges

We ship to the EU with duties and import taxes already included in your order total at checkout. This means the price you pay is the price you pay — no unexpected customs bills or import duty charged on delivery for orders shipped within the EU.

5. Shipping outside the UK and EU

6. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime by contacting support@sileeez.com with your order number.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please get in touch and we'll look into it with our courier.

7. Delayed, lost, or missing parcels

We take care to dispatch every order on time and in secure packaging, but occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control (weather, customs processing, high demand periods).

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window above, contact us at support@sileeez.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, free of charge.
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your parcel, please check with neighbours/your building's mailroom first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can raise it with the courier.

8. Incorrect address details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we dispatch orders exactly as entered. If you spot an error, contact us at support@sileeez.com as soon as possible after placing your order; we can usually amend it if the order hasn't yet been dispatched. We're not able to amend the address once an order is in transit, and we can't be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

9. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
